Value:
You can choose any amount, with a minimum purchase value of 5,000 Forints.
Description:
The owner of the gift card is entitled to receive healthcare services of the selected value at the LOTUSZ MEDICAL CENTER clinic.
Application:
Gift Card available for request
- by phone, at the phone number +36 1 44 77 800 or
- in the form of an email, at [email protected] or
- through our website, in the Contact section under the Contact Us menu item.
In the above cases, the method of receiving the gift card will be agreed upon upon request.
The Gift Card can also be requested
- in person, at the address 1055 Budapest, Honvéd utca 16. first floor.3.
Validity period:
The card can be used within one year from the date of purchase (issue date) at the Lotus Medical Center (1055 Budapest, Honvéd utca 16. first floor.3.) when presented.
Unique identifier and appearance:
Every Gift Card has a unique identification number (serial number), so when using the healthcare service, it is necessary to provide this serial number while presenting the Gift Card at the same time. Therefore, please make sure to bring the card with you every time you use the service.
Appearance:
The Gift Card is a creatively designed card in red or blue, which is presented along with a matching decorative envelope at the time of purchase. Along with the Gift Card, we also provide a postcard from Lotusz Medical Center, where you can write a short message to the recipient.
Payment:
The value of the gift card can be settled in cash, by bank transfer, or by credit card.
Where can I pick it up?
The Gift Card can be picked up
- in person, at the Lotus Medical Center, during opening hours, at the address 1055 Budapest, Honvéd utca 16. first floor.3. or
- by postal service (in this case, we will charge an additional 500 HUF for postage).
Others:
The total value of the card can be used in multiple installments. The card cannot be exchanged for cash. The card can only have one owner, so in the case of any usage in multiple installments, the first user will be considered the cardholder and user.
