Professional background
I am Dr. László Nehéz. I obtained my general medical degree in 1994 at the Medical University of Debrecen. I passed my specialty exam in surgery in 1999, and obtained my scientific degree in 2006 at Lund University in Sweden.
Until 2020, I worked at the surgical clinic of Semmelweis University, No. 1, as a university assistant professor, head of department and operating room.
From 2020, I will work as the Deputy Medical Director of the Center Hospital-Honvédkórház of Northern Pest.
For 20 years now, I have been giving lectures on Pancreas surgery as a university practice leader and in the classroom in both English and Hungarian.
